We have over 110 years of collective real estate experience across our team partners who have survived and thrived in various types of real estate markets. This vast experience and background teaches us how to handle unique real estate situations and opportunities when they present themselves. The Legacy Group got its start as a fix and flip company and successfully navigated and survived the housing crisis of 2008. The real estate market was good to The Legacy Group and shortly after the housing crash the team began making loans to real estate investors. The Legacy Group evolved to become a private lender for experienced real estate investors who primarily fix and flip single-family homes and some new construction. Over time, our focus has expanded to include the direct investment of income producing commercial properties in addition to same types of notes we’ve been investing in for years. Our focus is income as a primary investment strategy; however, we also see a great opportunity right now in the commercial investment world for the purpose of long-term wealth creation along with cash flow. Our focus is on building a cash flow machine, strengthened by appreciation and leverage, that will serve our company and its investors for years to come, building a legacy for all involved and to truly embody the core values of The Legacy Group Inc.
