Founded in 1979, RS&F began with a clear vision – to offer clients creative strategies that will assist them in growing their business. Today, our pledge remains unchanged: "Strategic Thinking for Successful Growth." RS&F was formed when two ambitious accountants, Howard Rosen and Louis Sapperstein, established a friendship and decided to build their own business advisory and accounting practice. The foundation of the firm focused on business consulting services in addition to traditional accounting services. We recognized that privately-owned, middle market businesses lacked access to high-level consulting resources. These organizations needed advisement in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, organizational structuring, human capital, systems, and bank and equity financing. Mr. Rosen and Mr. Sapperstein focused on providing business consulting for middle market companies that previously only had access to traditional accounting services. Over the years, RS&F has grown organically into what it is today: a full-service firm providing clients with world-class business consulting and accounting tax services. RS&F’s full service capabilities, coupled with knowledge of diverse industries have enabled the firm to grow its regional presence and profile.
