Roberson Francis Company (RFC) was founded in February 2009 by Greg Roberson and Michael Francis, two longtime veterans of Trammell Crow Company in the Oklahoma market. As Trammell Crow Company was eliminating their office in the Oklahoma market in the wake of the national real estate crisis, RFC was formed. The principals of RFC have a combined 40 years of commercial real estate experience, ranging from brokerage, property management, finance and accounting, development, acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management. The mission of RFC is to acquire and develop institutional grade office, industrial, and retail properties in the southwest. We structure transactions with both private and institutional investors whose goal is maximize their return on investment while maintaining an emphasis on preservation of capital. We create value and deliver quality returns by identifying intriguing opportunities, performing exceptional due diligence and underwriting, formulating and executing market driven investment management strategies, and executing a disposition strategy that is focused on asset maturity and market conditions. SERVICES: Acquisitions / Investment Opportunities RFC is focused on acquisition opportunities where we can utilize our core and value-add investments strategies for our investors. We will consider deals that span the risk / return spectrum. Our primary geographic focus is the southwest United States and product type is office, industrial, retail and multi-family. Asset Management RFC provides investment management services to investors in commercial real estate, across various markets and risk/return spectrums. Focused on research and experienced in the real estate and capital markets, RFC functions as a trusted and effective advisor by offering solutions to client needs, adding value to their portfolio, and striving to exceed expectations for service and performance. Consulting RFC performs consulting services for corporate users of commercial real estate. These services often entail intense market research, assessing the client’s ultimate goals, and recommendations as to lease versus purchase decisions. Brokerage RFC will engage in select third party brokerage assignments where we have a long standing relationship with a client or the subject real estate is compelling. Development RFC has experience in the development of multi and single tenant projects, primarily in the office, medical office, and industrial sectors. RFC has access to premier players in the real estate capital markets. Combined with direct, hands on development experience, RFC is a player for office, medical office, and industrial developments of varying sizes.
