Quintcap is owned by the Quint family who have been successful real estate owners, builders and developers for the past 60 years. The Quint family has extensive experience in land and building acquisition, construction, property management, leasing and selling of buildings for industrial, commercial, office, and residential uses. Quintcap also has significant expertise in the building and managing of hotel properties. Quintcap’s industrial, commercial, office and residential real estate is built or renovated and then managed according to the highest standards in the industry. Quintcap has developed an expertise in the housing sector by master planning large scale developments and has sold thousands of building lots in the cities of La Prairie, Saint-Constant, Saint-Hubert, Saint-Lambert, Brossard, Saint-Basile-le-Grand, Boucherville, Lasalle, Saint-Bruno and Laval. Quintcap is also a hospitality specialist, it owns and manages approximately 700 rooms, on five separate properties belonging to four internationally renowned hotel chains, all located in Montreal and its immediate vicinity. Assets owned and managed by the company include approximately 2,000,000 sq. ft. of industrial, commercial and office space and 7,000,000 sq.ft. of land pending development.
