Our President - Stacey Bartel has been assisting his clients with all matters of income tax for over 16 years. Starting in 1995, He became certified as a tax Preparer with H&R Block. Although he never accepted employment with H&R Block, he started working on his own filing business, rental and personal income tax returns for friends and family. Through referrals, within he first year of preparing income tax returns, he completed over 100 tax returns. The following year his clientele over doubled, based solely on personal referrals, and recomendations. In the year 2000, his practice had over 500 clients, when he relocated out of Winnipeg to Oakbank, Manitoba and opened Oakbank Tax Services. While maintaing his Winnipeg clientele, his clientele in Oakbank soon saw rapid growth and by 2006 his Oakbank clientele had grown to over 800 individual, business & corporate clients. In 2007, Oakbank Tax Services name was changed to O.B.S. Tax Services, and another location was opened in downtown Winnipeg for the 2007 Tax Season. This location was welcomed by local residents, and downtown professionals for the high level of quality, service, and respect shown to its new clientele. For the 2009 tax season a second Winnipeg location was opened in the East Kildonan, on Regent Avenue. Our company, now serves over 5,000 clients in all matters of personal & business, tax accounting and financial matters.
