Montage Capital
Rreliable. Experienced. Innovative. Accelerate growth while minimizing dilution

Growth debt for today’s capital efficient companies
Since 2005, Montage Capital has been a pioneer in the growth debt market. Our tailored capital solutions allow companies to invest in growth while minimizing dilution and do not require concurrent or previous equity investment. Working with Montage allows entrepreneurs to maintain more control of their business and ultimately the overall outcome.
As an attractive alternative to equity financing, Montage growth loans are a form of hybrid capital, having both debt and equity features. This structure creates alignment with all stakeholders and allows us to focus on helping increase shareholder value. We are a patient capital partner with a long history of successfully assisting companies through all stages of the business cycle. Beyond capital, we encourage our portfolio companies to leverage our relationships and experience.
