MDJ Accountancy Solutions Ltd has been providing bookkeeping and payroll services to sole traders and small to medium size businesses in South Wales, South of England and the UK since 2010. Finance & Operations Director, Mandy Desmond-Jones, is a fully qualified member of the professional body of Association of Accounting Technicians (MAAT). Mandy brings over 20 years experience in financial environments up to Financial Controller and Financial Manager roles in both public & private sectors. Mandy has previously achieved certified accreditations in the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM Level 5), which includes personnel and health & safety, together with Prince 2 project management specialising in facilities management. With over 30 years’ combined experience in the team, each member has developed their specialist expertise in providing fully managed bookkeeping and payroll services, which is the reason we’re confident our level of service cannot be matched. The MDJ Accountancy Solutions team hold accreditation in the Xero Accounts package (the online cloud based system) as a Silver Partner and are fully conversant with both Sage Accounts package (as a member of The Sage Accountants Club). Under the professional body of Accounting Technicians, we are accredited with being a Member In Practice (MIP) and also governed by their Anti Money Laundering legislation.
