In January 2006, Latuso & Johnson CPA, LLC was born from the merger of Mickey Latuso CPA and Karen Johnson CPA. Yvette Poret-Crochet’s firm Yvette Poret-Crochet CPA, LLC (established in January of 2000) merged with the two in 2007. This integration expanded Latuso & Johnson’s presence from Baton Rouge to the Lafayette area. Effective January 1, 2009, Larry Latuso CPA merged Latuso Inc. (APAC) public accounting practice with Latuso & Johnson CPA, LLC, further enhancing the firm’s experience and expertise in various areas of accounting and tax. Karen Johnson and Mickey Latuso left the firm in 2009 and 2013.
