Kinetic Partners was founded in March 2005 and became a leading provider of regulatory compliance and consulting, tax, forensic, corporate recovery and audit services to the financial services industry. In January 2015 Kinetic Partners was acquired by Duff & Phelps, the premier global valuation and corporate finance advisor. As a result of this transaction, Duff & Phelps have created a Financial Regulatory and Compliance practice. The Kinetic Partners’ Corporate Recovery, Forensic and Tax practices also joined Duff & Phelps. The Kinetic Partners’ Audit practice, trading as KP Audit, has remained separate from Duff & Phelps, but the two firms collaborate in London on a number of mutual clients to continue to provide a range of services. KP Audit has consistently focused on investment businesses, building a client portfolio of UK investment managers and of UK and offshore investment funds, together with asset backed security issuers in the UK and captive insurers in Cayman. We are immensely proud of our history of enabling our clients to meet deadlines and with providing audit teams who really understand their business. Our people are driven to provide excellent service and we manage our teams to provide excellent staff continuity with significant input from the senior members. 2015 brought many new clients and the KP Audit reputation as a leading provider of audit services is well established.
