We are a family based CPA firm with our third generation active in the practice.
The firm was founded in 1959 by Frank P. Hess, CPA. In 1980, his son, David Hess, CPA Pittsburgh, MBA, joined the practice and currently is the firm’s managing principal. In 2006, David’s son Brian D. Hess, CPA, also joined the practice followed by his wife, Kelly M. Hess, CPA, in 2008. The practice originally focused on Payroll, Accounting Writeup, and Tax Services. In the 1980’s, a specialty of auditing Not-for-Profit entities was added. Natural complementary product lines of IT Auditing, Estate Planning, Business Entity Taxation, Trust Administration, and Business Consulting are also provided.
