"FACT" is an Egyptian shareholding company, established in 1999, focused exclusively on corporate finance advisory services to small, medium-sized, and large corporations, whether in start-up, early, growth, business expansion, pre-IPO, or exit stages. Delivering value through corporate finance, capital raising & placements, equity disposals, mergers, and acquisitions, as well as financial re-engineering and restructuring seamless solutions.

Independent Financial Advisory “I.F.A.” firm, licensed by the Financial Regulatory Authority “FRA”, along with having been Licensed by the Egyptian Stock Exchange as Companies sponsor to the Nile Stock Exchange (NILEX).

Moreover, providing advisory services to Multilateral Organizations & Financial Institutions regarding specialized project finance and various strategy aspects locally and/or regionally.

SHERIF ABDELLATIF, Chief Executive Officer

Active member in a number of Business Associations such as the American, French where he was a Board Member (June 2012 –June 2021), German and Italian where he was the Vice President (March 2014 - November 2016), as well as Chairman of the Confederation of Egyptian European Business Association CEEBA (February 2014 - November 2016, Board Member 2004 through 2016).

Prominent Board Member and/or treasurer of a few associations and societies, namely Egyptian British Friendship Association, Chaine des Rôtisseurs (Treasurer 1993 - to date), and Rotary (Club President 2004-05).

As a seasoned Banking Director in two Multinational Banks, he was exposed to Multinational Organizations and successfully managed hundreds of people as well as transactions at the syndicate and corporate as well as investment banking levels, up to 1999, when FACT was incorporated. American University graduate, Bachelor of Arts in 1982.

MOHAMED EL MESSIRY, Managing Director | Corporate Finance and Investment Banking

Mr. Mohamed has more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance and investments. prior to joining FACT Mohamed worked for Pioneers Investment Banking arm for 12 years where he was actively involved in the company’s investments and acquisitions in several sectors and for other clients. He also previously worked for Fincorp Investment Holding where he was engaged in various valuations and appraisals in corporate finance and investment banking deals. He had also previously worked also as research analyst in brokerage and portfolio management companies.

Mohamed is in certified portfolio management (CPM) by the Egyptian Investment Management Association, he received his Bachelor degree in accounting from Cairo University IN 2000.

RASHA BِAHOTY, Head of Financial Advisory

RASHA BAHOTY, CoM- is a member of Sterling International Board of Ambassadors – Florida Prior to joining FACT Rasha worked for Egyptian Resorts Company as a Budgeting and Reporting Director for 5 years where she was actively involved in the company’s operation and real estate investments plans. She also worked for Mantrac Unatrac Group Budgeting, Reporting, and Risk. Mantrac Group is one of the world’s leading authorized Caterpillar dealer as well as other six brands, across 13 countries across the world. She had also an experience of 12 years in the banking sector, as she was the Head of Projects and Investment Department of the United Bank for its large corporate portfolio in the field of medicines, paints, insulating materials, plastic pipes from PVC and textiles, as well as its large real estate investments in Mokattam. Her day-by-day work is dedicated to providing assessment and analyzing possible finance alternatives as well as building financial models, providing financial management reports and providing proper cost allocation.

Rasha has a Master Degree in Financial Accounting from Helwan University and PhD studies in Management Accounting from Sadat Academy. She is also a certified organizational management “CoM” from Florida University, USA.

AMAL MOUNIR WASFY, Head of Finance and Human Resources

Amal has been working at FACT since 2011, she progressed in various positions & responsibilities until she became the Head of Finance and Human Resources. She is responsible for managing and supporting recruitment processes, payroll, medical insurance (claims & annual renewals), and supervising grant management, review annual audits and monthly as well as annual tax filings. Proficiency in computer-based Microsoft & excel systems. Monitor all HR and financial activities benefits, compensation, regulatory compliance to ensure the company is operating in alignment with the best practices. Devise and enforce changes to HR and organizational policies through regular monitoring and implementation of industry trends. Oversee risk assessment reports to establish the appropriate and secure functioning of the financial department. Amal received her bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Commerce in 1989.

MARIANNE NASHAAT, Head of Administration

Prior her joining FACT in 2020 Marianne contributed to the establishment of a company working in educational services, where she worked as an Administrator from 2000 to 2003 and then as Assistant Executive Director from 2003 to 2011 and thereafter Executive Director and participated in the opening of several branches in the educational field and then moved to work in the capital market and finally joined the Financial Advice Corporate Transactions CO. “FACT” as Head of the Administrator Department She also has fourteen years of volunteer experience in serving the Egyptian community.
