Our firm was founded by D. C. Ellis on July 21, 1954. The firm was originally located in downtown Little Rock, Arkansas. In March of 1980, the firm moved its offices to the Rebsamen Insurance Building on Riverfront Drive in the area known as "Riverdale". In 1983 the firm opened a full service branch office in the growing community of Cabot, Arkansas. In late October 2007 we had to re-locate our Little Rock office and decided on the West Markham Street in the "Corporate Hill" area.

Our Staff
Our staff currently consists of 4 partners, R. Larry Tucker and R. Alan Cline in the Little Rock office and Calvin K. Aldridge and Jeffery L. Green in the Cabot office. In addition to these CPA's, we have 4 other staff professional CPA's and 6 other employees who are accounting staff, para-professionals and highly skilled clerical personnel. We are very versatile and modern in our office and computer technology.
