1983 Started as accounting and payroll service group at Arthur Andersen Tokyo office 1994 Reorganised as Client Accounting Services(CAS) at Asahi Audit Corporation (Member firm of Arthur Andersen) 2000 Separated as Arthur Andersen Business Outsourcing, a subsidiary of Asahi Audit Corporation. 2003 Company name changed to KPMG Asahi Outsourcing upon joining KPMG International. 2004 Became independent as AP Outsourcing Ltd. through management buy-out from Azsa Audit Corporation (KPMG Japan) upon enactment of new CPA Law in Japan. 2006 Incorporated as APO_Tax Corporation and APO_Social Insurance Consultants Corporation 2007 Admitted to ISO 27001 at payroll services 2009 Joined ECOVIS International as ECOVIS APO Since establishment, ECOVIS APO has grown steadily. Our most recent turnover was approximately $11 Million (8 Million Euro).
