On 1st January 1998, the firm became incorporated and since then has traded as Diprose Miller. All five former partners became directors of the new company. Further change occurred on 3rd November 2014, when Diprose Miller merged with Morrinsville accountancy firm, RW Partners. Today, Diprose Miller boasts a diverse team of 63 highly skilled, professional accountants and taxation specialists who operate from our main office at the base of Mount Te Aroha, and a branch in central Morrinsville. Together we offer tailored farm and business accounting services as well as taxation solutions. These include farm performance analyses and appraisals of purchases; business formation, development, strategy and consulting; and both corporate and provisional tax plus asset protection and estate planning. We’re all experts in the fields of rural accountancy, but we’ve come from a diverse range of backgrounds, allowing us to serve our clients and understand their individual business needs, whether they be in the Waikato, New Zealand or overseas. We all live in the Te Aroha and Morrinsville communities and actively participate in local events and organisations.
