Chalford Wealth Management (Pty) Ltd has evolved as a logical entity from the close corporation, Alford and Perrow, which Richard Alford has grown exponentially from the small business that he purchased in 2003. Subsequently trading as Alford, Vaudrey and Associates, the introduction of the new Companies Act and Nicholas Vaudrey’s retirement has provided an opportunity to rename the company in line with its primary objective. The company is a licensed and authorised Financial Service Provider regulated by the Financial Services Board in terms if Section 8 of FAIS (Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services) Act 2002. Our license number is 15207. Additionally, we are required to comply with FICA (The Financial Intelligence Centre Act) and our compliance with these regulations is overseen by Moonstone, Compliance and Risk Management services. Our purpose is to care for our clients with true professionalism, with the Brokers always offering sound and impartial advice. We are proud of our independence and freedom to introduce products offered by a wide and varied selection of Product Providers. Such products may cater for the risk requirements of life, disability and serious illness or the provision of health planning. Short term solutions will be recommended when necessary. While we maintain our close relationships with management of the leading collective investment schemes, the growth in our client base together with assets under management has allowed us to enter into a formal arrangement with MitonOptimal Investment Managers. This exciting development allows us to offer more competitive cost structures to our clients in our continuing efforts to reduce the fees of investment. Estate planning is an essential function of our service together with the drafting of Wills.
