Carey Group was established in Guernsey in 1968 and is the headquarters of the Carey Group. All operating companies in the Bailiwick of Guernsey are licensed by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission either under The Protection of Investors (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 1987 (as amended) or The Regulation of Fiduciaries, Administration Businesses and Company Directors, etc (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2000.
