Seeing the opportunity to better meet the financial and tax-planning needs of his clients, Peter D. Recchia launched 4Wealth Financial Group, a highly customized CPA and business solutions practice utilizing the full portfolio of tax, estate-planning, insurance and investment programs to help our clients build their businesses while ensuring their personal wealth. During his 25-year career as a CPA and business consultant, Peter found that the individuals who created their own professional service firms, particularly doctors, lawyers, architects and other small business entrepreneurs were focused on delivering their services. The smart development of their own businesses often took a back seat to their professional practice. Some believed that the customized and sophisticated financial planning and tax and investment services were available only to big companies, not them. As a 20-year partner of the well-respected CPA firm, Leonard & Company, Peter strived to work closely with his clients to solve problems and craft solutions that helped to improve their businesses and enhance their personal wealth. In his role providing training to the firm, he brought a breadth of financial discipline, tax, investment, insurance and pension planning practices. As his partner contemplated retirement and family succession, Peter seized the initiative to create a new, more integrated practice that incorporated the critical elements of serving his clients' business and personal financial needs under one roof. 4Wealth Financial Group became a reality in 2012. He was joined by many of the professionals he had trained as well as recruiting talented personal wealth investment advisors who understood the value of what 4Wealth Financial Group could offer. Moving into its new offices space at 745 McClintock Drive in Burr Ridge, that vision has become reality.
